If you are interested in submitting a paper to our conference, please follow the guidelines. You need to submit an abstract describing the proposed paper, work in progress, presentation, etc.

Acceptance Paper Criteria

• Papers have to be original research contributions.
• Papers should be well-written and understandable.
• Authors are not allowed to engage in extensive self-plagiarism.

All submitted papers will go through a double-blind peer review process by at least two reviewers. 

Certificate

The organizing committee issues digital certificates for each submission that completes the registration.

Submitting an Abstract

• The maximum word limit for the abstract is 250 words. (Registration purpose)
• Please download and use our Abstract Template as a guide.
• Your submission should be submitted in English.
• We encourage you to send a complete abstract, which is a summary of a paper’s substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.
• Prospective authors are invited to submit full text papers including an abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, result description, tables, figures, and references.
• Please download and use our Full Paper Template as a guide.
• Before submitting your paper, please ensure that it has been carefully read for typographical and grammatical errors. Papers will be returned if the standard of language used is not considered to be good enough for publication.
• All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, whether experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
• Manuscripts should follow the style of the conference and are subject to both review and editing.
